"Nuno is one of the most talented, hardest working people I've worked with so far. I met Nuno at Farfetch (2016), we worked together as developers for a while and remained close throughout our path in the company. Nuno is an overachiever by definition, I had the pleasure of watching him evolve from a developer to a senior principal, with a small detour as an engineering lead. In all of the roles that Nuno had, he always showed that he was the man for the job, with a passion and energy that is not that common. Moving so many steps in such a short period of time is easily explained by Nuno's innate ability to learn and his work ethic. He is always trying to understand not only what he is doing but also what is happening around him and trying to evolve. In my opinion, Nuno's strength is his ability to translate business to tech and vice versa. Historically, the communication between the business side and the tech side of a company is not an easy task. Nuno was always able to easily translate tech speech to business speech when talking to product/business teams and the other way around when talking to developers. That is a skill that is not easy to find and that, in my opinion, is innate to Nuno. He is really good at it. One of his other strengths is the ability to understand business needs.
